Welcome to Sourdough Companion, a site dedicated to Sourdough Bread. We are a very friendly community of bakers and bread eaters. With resources such as a forum, photos, videos and tutorials, there's more than enough to get you started. Whether you're new or experienced, jump on in!

Who runs this site?
Besides the many contributors, the official maintainers of Sourdough Companion are father and son, Graham and Maedi Prichard. Graham's an active enthusiast in the sourdough baking scene and runs the Artisan Baker Association. Maedi is a sensible teenager who does all the technical wizardry behind the website. The heart of the site is its community. Many people, whether they be home bakers or professionals, are actively engaged in the baking dialogue. And that's what Sourdough Companion is
