Some might fnd this interesting.  I really like the comparison between cheese making and bread making.

My login for the NY Times doesn't work any more.  One of the reasons I got involved in bread making is the similarities between wine and bread.  I'll have to check out cheese making now.

The world's best athletes eat raw meat and sleep in the snow naked, sleddogs of course.
