Weck Glass Jar Rubber Washer Seals - Packs of 10

Packs contains 10x seals.

Seal size 100mm is the most common size (for Weck jars 290ml and larger)

100mm seals are suitable for both size sourdough jars in our kits:

Jar Size 370ml - sold without seal and clamp (buy a seal here if required)

Jar Size 850ml - already includes a seal and clamp (buy an additional seal if required)

Sourdough fermentation does not require a sealed and clamped jar. Sealing your jar makes it air-tight, providing additional food storage and preserving options.

CLAMPS are required to clamp the lid down tightly on to the seal for air-tightness
